3. Products & Drops
3.1 Limited Releases Uncaring operates through limited product drops. Quantities are limited, and items may not be restocked once sold out.
3.2 Product Accuracy We strive to ensure all product details, colors, sizes, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings, dye lots, or other factors.
3.3 Product Care Garments may include specific care instructions. Failure to follow them may void eligibility for defect or quality claims.
4. Pricing & Payments
4.1 Pricing All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary by region due to taxes, duties, or exchange rates.

4.3 Orders Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless approved by Uncaring at our sole discretion.

5.2 Estimated Delivery Times
Canada:1–2 weeks
International:2–4 weeks Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. No refunds are issued for delivery delays.
5.3 Tracking Tracking may be available depending on the option selected at checkout.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Defects
All return, exchange, and defect claims are governed by theUncaring Return & Exchange Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review that policy before making a purchase.

All logos, designs, graphics, product imagery, and other brand elements are the exclusive property of Uncaring Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any Uncaring content without written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncaring Inc. is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Lost profits or business opportunities
Carrier or shipping delays
Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
Unauthorized resales of Uncaring products
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid for the affected order.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Québec unless both parties agree to arbitration.
