Uncaring operates on a limited-drop premium model, with policies designed to protect both customers and brand integrity.

1. General Policy
Uncaring does not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, delayed shipping, or minor color variations.
Exchanges and defect-related claims are allowed only under the specific conditions outlined below.

2. Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only if the requested size is in stock. If your item has sold out, no exchange is possible.
Customers cover all shipping costs for both return and replacement.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these standards.

3. Defective Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you believe your item is defective, providing your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.
After review, Uncaring will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Defects cover manufacturing issues only; damage from misuse, wear, improper washing, or shipping is not eligible.

4. All Sales Final
Except for approved exchanges or defects, all sales are final due to the limited nature of our drops.
